In 2007-08, FAN focussed on the development of the network as a consortium of regional networks. We held a governance review, clarified our structure and strengthened collective ownership by deciding to become a global consortium.
The regional networks are becoming stronger and are moving into the driving seat. FAN is diversifying and becoming more financially secure and robust and we have made significant improvements in our communications work.
Our first annual report details the fantastic progress FAN has made and looks at specifically at membership, funding streams, governance, communications and global actions as well as including sections on each of the regional networks.
