Impact of climate change on food security conference

This year's conference aims to become a platform for various researchers and activists all over the world to come and actively discuss climate change adaptation and mitigation measures and how the same could be integrated into the overall development approaches and agenda.

Objectives

Re/ thinking the effect of climate change in all four dimensions of food security: availability, accessibility, utilization and system stabilityProviding scientific insight to farmers and public to adapt to the changesSharing of indigenous knowledge among various stakeholders

Registration
Registration fee for participation is Rs.1000 (INR One Thousand only) and Rs.500 (INR Five Hundred only) for accompanying persons. However, bonafide students and research scholars need to pay only Rs.500 (INR Five Hundred only). For International delegates, the registration fee for participation is US $200 (US Dollars Two Hundred only) and US $100 (US Dollars One Hundred only) for accompanying persons.

31st January 2011 – Intimation of acceptance of abstracts
10th February 2011 – Last date for registration
20th February 2011 – Submission of full paper
